This diploma program focuses on practicing psychiatrists and university graduates in the field of mental health (e.g., counseling, psychology) who want to integrate psychotherapeutic methods into their practice.

The program emphasizes the application of psychotherapy techniques to the treatment of longer-standing mental health problems.

The program, consisting of 16 self-study courses, is expected to take up to a year to complete. It offers courses in psychotherapeutic techniques, professional and ethical issues, clinical assessment and treatment planning. In addition, the program gives students the opportunity to engage in self-reflection and explore their personal therapeutic approach based on research and experience.

Certification Course in Counseling and Psychotherapy – Mental Health Institute
Mental Health InstituteThis introductory course provides a foundation for practitioners seeking to develop an understanding of psychotherapy techniques and methods.

It is suitable for mental health practitioners as well as health professionals (e.g. nurses and nurse practitioners) who want the basics of psychotherapy techniques. The course lasts 18 weeks online and includes 36 hours of instruction. Discussion time is also included.
